Carol Paton leads a small group that uses discussion, writing and other approaches to deal with issues that can cause grief and sorrow. If you have suffered loss or a dramatic change in your life and find it difficult to return to the way you knew before, then we hope that this class can be a way to help you deal with these emotions.
