Adult Fellowship

Mums Book Study
Imagine a place to connect with other moms who, like you, are on the journey of knowing and loving God and caring for a family. The Mums Book Study Group meets you right where you are as a mother, woman, and friend. The group meets Monday mornings at 10 a.m. in the Youth Lounge. As a group, we choose a book that speaks to us in one of our many roles. Free childcare is available for your child in the Childcare Center. For more information, please contact Theresa Erb at
theresaerb@foothillsumc.org or 670-4009.

Women at the Well
Women at the Well is a cross-generational, monthly gathering of women for spiritual enrichment and fellowship. We meet the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in King Hall. Our evening includes a delicious catered dinner, music, a Wellspring presentation (personal faith sharing), and a professional speaker or program. Our program is designed to meet the spiritual needs of today's women, no matter where they are in life. Meet new friends or just have a great night out! Childcare is available at no cost. Reservations and payment for the dinner and speaker are required prior to each presentation in order to plan appropriate food and seating.

United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women has deep roots and a powerful mission focus in The United Methodist Church. Our organization has over one million members worldwide. It is organized for the purpose of supporting mission projects locally and globally, providing Christian education for its members, and developing leadership skills for women. At Foothills, members of UMW meet in small groups called circles for fellowship and study, and as a larger group for monthly meetings and programs.

There are two ways you can participate in United Methodist Women. One way is through the circle and the other is through our monthly UMW meeting. The purpose of UMW is to know God, develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to participate in local and global ministries of the church. We have the following two active circles:
