Childcare

 

 

Foothills Childcare Services and Programs

Providing quality childcare is a high priority here at Foothills. Our Childcare Center is now located in the newly remodeled Zerbe building, across the bridge from the sanctuary, and offers a safe and comfortable indoor/outdoor environment for children. There are toys and books and music for children six months to pre-kindergarten to have fun and enjoy. Free childcare is provided during church worship services, church-sponsored activities and events, meetings, and classes. 

During Sunday Worship Services: 

  Childcare is provided for ages 6 months -2 years

During hours of church-sponsored Activities, Classes, and Meetings:  

     Childcare is provided upon request for ages 6 months-Preschool age

Our Staff
Children are introduced to a loving and caring God by our childcare staff as they provide care during worship services, church activities, meetings, and classes. Our staff is all experienced and CPR-certificated. Our current staff are all outstanding childcare workers who have been working in the nursery for at least four years. One staff member has been with us for over 10 years and also works full time weekdays in our Preschool. She is there every Sunday and greets each child with a warm smile. Foothills Nursery has been blessed with childcare workers who truly love the children and are always there for all of our childcare needs.  

Arranging Childcare
During Sunday worship services, all childcare is readily available without any need for reservations. During church-sponsored activities and events, meetings, and classes, childcare is provided as arranged by the event committee at least 24-hours prior to the event. To ensure that childcare is available however,  please call Theresa Erb directly with any questions at 619-670-4009.
