To take part, please send the following to foothills@foothillsumc.com
- A Bible verse
- 50-300 word reflection
- A prayer
- Your name

MomsConnect moms-connect-page-strip.jpgIf you are a Mom with infants to school-age children and are looking for a supportive community and spiritual nourishment, we invite you to join Moms Connect. Free childcare is available for infants to 12 years old. For more info and to RSVP for childcare, contact Pastor Kristie (kristie@foothillsumc.org), so we can make sure we have child care workers scheduled. Moms Connect will meet on the first Wednesday each month. Meet new friends, get reacquainted with old friends, and share what you would like to do each month.

United Methodist Women umw-strip-2017.jpg The United Methodist Women organization has deep roots and a powerful mission focus in The United Methodist Church. The organization has more than one million members worldwide. It is organized for the purpose of supporting mission projects locally and globally, providing Christian education for its members, and developing leadership skills for women. At Foothills, members of UMW meet in small groups called circles for fellowship and study, and as a larger group for monthly meetings and programs. There are two ways you can participate in United Methodist Women. One way is through the monthly Sarah/Ruth circle small group, that meets every first Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and the other is through our monthly UMW meetings and dinners, which are typically on the third Tuesday of the month. The purpose of UMW is to know God, develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to participate in local and global ministries of the church.

Contact Marion Van Diggelen for more information on the organization. Or visit their website
