Exploring Scripture
Thursday at 10:00 am
Exploring Scripture invites attendees to engage scripture in new ways. The 10:00 am class is a hybrid class, which meets in person in the Small Group Room and on Zoom (Meeting ID: 816 7708 4947 Passcode: 868618). If you aren't able to attend the class, but would like to receive the weekly reflection, contact Pastor Kristie.

KidsConnect On Demand
Weekly, at any time that fits your schedule
If you can't attend KidsConnect, you can watch the 10-minute Bible Story video with your child and talk about it using the devotional questions and activities. It's all free, but you'll need to download the free Parent Cue App for apple or android to access the video and activities.

Bible Fun for Kids...and More!
Concurrent with the 8:30am worship service
Kids start in the worship service with their family. Kids ages 1st grade and younger will be escorted to the childcare center for a Bible story and craft and supervised play on the playground. Kids ages 2nd grade and older can pick up a worship activity bag in the sanctuary lobby to guide them during the service as they worship with their family and church family.
KidsConnect
Concurrent with the 10:30am worship service
KidsConnect is our Sunday morning program for kids ages 3 through 8th grade. Kids start in the worship service with their family and are escorted to King Hall by their KidsConnect leaders. KidsConnect includes a 'large group time' for the Bible story and 'small group time' where kids are grouped with their peers to "go deeper" with engaging activities and games to reinforce the Bible story learning. KidsConnect is where kids discover how they can 'live in faith,' by loving God and loving others!
Earthcare
To promote environmental advocacy on campus and in the community.

Mondays
Harmony Ringers
Handbell choir meeting weekly
Mondays at 6:45 pm, this group gathers in the bell room. They perform monthly in church as well as at special events around town. Anyone looking to join needs an understanding of how to read sheet music. See our music page for more details.
Tuesdays
Prayer Group
Lift our prayer concerns with the help of pastoral staff
A weekly prayer group meeting on Tuesdays at 10 am on campus in the small group room. They gather in prayer, write cards and maintain the prayer list of the church.
Young Adults Group
A fun fellowship group for those after high school to 25 years of age.
The group meets Tuesdays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the youth lounge. Contact youth director, Sharon Russo for more information.
Bridge Marathon Group
A year-long bridge adventure
The Bridge Marathon begins each year in September and runs for 8 months. Participants pay a $35 charitable buy-in and take part in the fun every 4th Tuesday of the month at 1 pm. If you would like to participate in this fundraiser, or be a substitute, please contact Margie Howard, to get your name on the list. The last meeting in May is the annual award luncheon. Of the $35 fee, $25 goes to Foothills UMC's mission work, with the remainder towards the final luncheon and prizes.
Wednesdays
Sarah Study Circle
First Wednesday of each month in the Disicple Room at 9:30 am.
A monthly UMW book and faith discussion club.
Sarah Circle is a small group of United Methodist Women whose purpose is to gather for study and fellowship. They discuss issues related to the mission of serving women, children and youth. The group is currently looking at the Gospel of Mark through the perspective of those relegated to the margins in history and today.
Women's Small Group
Share joys and friendship while reading together.
A women's book and fellowship group meeting Wednesdays at 2 pm in the youth lounge
The group is on break for the month of August, returning September 7.
Women's Fellowship Group
Develop new friendships and mature in Christian faith while looking towards new chapters in life.
A small group for women mostly 55 and older. Meetings are Wednesdays at 4 pm off site.
MomsConnect
For moms of infants through school age children.
Gatherings for encouragement, prayer and support are held on and off campus on one evening a month (typically on a Wednesday) at 6:00 pm. The group takes part in various activities. Join the Facebook group or call the church office to be put in touch with the group leaders.
Caregiver's Support Group
Meets from 9:30 am to 10:45 am every second and fourth Wednesday
A support group for caregivers of all kinds. Free respite care is available during the meetings which are facilitated by Sue Sullivan. Free respite care is available for your patient through the group coordinators. Contact them for more info.
Thursdays
Priscilla Circle
A UMW crafts circle creating small items for sale at Alternative Christmas and the rummage sales.
Meets the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, off site from 9:30 - 11 am. Contact Diane Vogan for more information.
People of Purpose Book Group
A small group studying various faith-based books.
People of Purpose meets on Thursday evenings at 7pm in the Disciple Room and occasionally offsite.
A new study of The Gospel of John by Max Lucado begins on October 3. Everyone is welcome to join them in the Disciple Room as they dive into a book that focuses on the apostle of John. Through 12 sessions, read about the tender moments and heaven-powered miracles that fill the pages of this gospel and the everyday life of Jesus. Contact Carol Conklin for information.
The TLC Group
This group visits homebound and injured members, providing care, support and love.
This group is always in need of caring volunteers. They meet monthly on the third Thursday in the Conference Room. Contact Beth Ott to be a part of it.

Prayer Quilt Ministry
Create quilts for those in our prayers.
The Prayer Quilt ministry brings the comfort of Foothills' prayers in a very tangible way. Read more about this incredible ministry of quilters on their webpage. Monthly meetings and quilting gatherings are held on the fourth Saturday of the month in the Disciple Room.
