Coffee with the Pastors on New Member Sundays (next one TBD)
For those ready to call Foothills UMC “home” and get “connected,” this Coffee time with our pastors and members is the way to start. Theleadership will discuss what it means to be a part of this faith community, then there will be an optional, short joining ceremony. Light refreshments provided. To have sufficient materials, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
New to Foothills?
How we live Monday through Saturday matters as much as how we live on Sunday mornings.
Monday is when Sunday is tested. Monday is when our faith has to work in our context. We believe that as United Methodists we have a message and practice of our faith that has become even more relevant in today’s world.
Words like “Discipleship” and “Witness” may be unfamiliar to you or may mean other things in other faith traditions. What do they mean for us as part of the Foothills community of faith?
New Member Sunday
The next date is TBD
If you would like to become a member of Foothills UMC, or have questions about how to become a member, please contact Pastor Lori Doyle. There are several ways that you can join the United Methodist Church:
- Confession of Faith (for those not currently members of any church)
- Reaffirmation of Faith
- Transfer from another church
