Rev. Lori Doyle
The Reverend Lori Doyle joined Foothills in 2017 and also serves as liaison pastor with the Good Shepherd Ministry Center of El Cajon.
Pastor Lori has served in Ordained Ministry for over 22 years, and serves on the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry (over 10 years) and is the Board representative on our District Committee on Ordained Ministry.
She and husband, Jack Doyle, have three sons; two grown (Errin, a molecular biologist, and Sean, a Sheriff’s Deputy) and Patrick, a high school Junior currently working on his Eagle Scout project. While Jack, a retired Naval Carrier pilot, and an avid golfer, grew up in Santee (becoming their first elected Mayor), Lori is a New Jersey native, growing up in a small village near Princeton, but becoming hooked on San Diego when she came for a “brief” visit after college in 1981 and never left!
Pastor Lori is ever appreciative of the support she receives from her husband, who not only supports her ministry, but also graciously tolerates her life long love of collecting favorite books, and her quilting addiction—both of which take lots of space in their home!
